John Ross has been a professional chef and restaurant owner on the North Fork of Long Island for 30 years. He is a graduate of the Cornell Hotel School and has an MBA degree. Mr. Ross was also the director of the Restaurant Management program at Suffolk Community College for 14 years. He has been an active part of the food and wine community on the North Fork since 1974. Fresh local ingredients and Long Island wines have always been John Ross’ signature approach to fine dining.
John Ross is currently the club manager at the North Fork Country Club and the food columnist for the Suffolk Times and the Riverhead News Review.
