John Sullivan, the author of 2007’s Opportunity Rocking, started his fictional rock music writing with the 2005 release of Rock And Roll Murder. A fifteen-year New York rock singer, guitarist and pianist for the indie rock band The John Sullivan Brigade, John is also the columnist for Sully’s Music View, a weekly entertainment web blog that follows the rock music industry alongside his music experiences. John has also continued a daytime career as a twenty-year Wall Street research, investment banking and media professional. After graduating from The Waldorf School and Chaminade High School, he earned a degree in Journalism from St. John’s University. The author is a lifetime resident of Long Island and lives with his wife, their two children and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel on a nice quiet street somewhere in Nassau County.
